Ayurvedic perspective on dry skin

Drink 7-9 glasses of warm water every day. Do not drink cold water as it increases Vata.

Natural homemade recipes for dry skin Mix mashed 2 bananas and 2 tbsp. honey. Make an application on dry skin, leave for 20 minutes. Wash off with warm water. Mix 2 tbsp. barley flour, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp mustard oil, water to a paste consistency. Make an application on the affected dry area, leave for 10 minutes. Massage lightly with your fingers. Wash off with warm water.
