Apple diet – weight loss up to 7 kilograms in 7 days

The apple diet is one of the simplest and most effective diets. The duration of the apple diet is seven days. Weight loss will average 6-7 kilograms. Additionally, it is recommended for people for whom other diets (for example, the Kremlin diet and the chocolate diet) are contraindicated for health reasons.

Apple diet menu (for 7 days)

  • 1 day: 1 kg of apples
  • Day 2: 1,5 kg
  • 3 day: 2 kg of apples
  • 4 day: 2 kg of apples
  • 5 day: 1,5 kg of apples
  • Day 6: 1,5 kg
  • 7 day: 1 kg of apples

It is very, very difficult to withstand 7 days on some apples – but the results are worth it. If you love apples, this diet is for you. Additionally, you can drink green tea or water (still) unlimited. There are also no restrictions on the color (green and red apples) and taste (sour or sweet) apples. In extreme cases, starting from the 5th day of the diet, you can eat a small piece of rye bread per day.

The apple diet can be shown and useful for people with various chronic diseases:

  • So in the presence of a duodenal ulcer, you cannot eat sour apples.
  • If you have gastritis, do not eat sweet apples.
  • In the presence of diseases affecting the cardiovascular system, it is recommended to add up to 1 grams of granulated sugar per 100 kilogram of apples.

The undoubted advantage of the apple diet for weight loss is getting an effective result in a week (and even earlier). The second plus of the apple diet is that apples contain all the essential minerals and vitamins a person needs. The third advantage of the apple diet is that it can be followed by people with chronic diseases.

The only drawback of the apple diet is due to the fact that some can easily withstand two weeks exclusively on some apples, while for others even one day on apples is unbearable – a different reaction of the body to apples (due to physiological characteristics). To use a diet for existing diseases (and almost any serious disease requires specific diets), you must consult your doctor.
