Against stress to help lose weight

According to numerous studies, depression occurs in women more often than in men – in 4 out of 10 cases versus 1 in 10. Firstly, this is due to physiological characteristics, and secondly, starvation diets often lead to this.

The body, squeezed into a rigid dietary framework, has nothing to produce serotonin, which is otherwise called the “hormone of joy”.

For ladies in stress, nutritionists strongly recommend revising the menu and adding foods containing the amino acid tryptophan to the daily diet, from which serotonin will then be synthesized.

There is a lot of tryptophan in. Of course, the calorie content of food also needs to be monitored – otherwise the “floated” forms will become another reason for frustration.
