How often children laugh! They do it easily and naturally. They laugh when they wake up in the morning, when mom or dad comes, when the sun comes out, when it starts to rain. This is joy!

According to statistics, children smile 400 times a day and laugh 150 times. Adults smile an average of 15 times a day, and laugh only 6 times. Take an example from children!

Laughter is beautiful because it creates a more positive outlook and brings people closer.

On the other hand, laughter, whatever it may be, makes a person healthier, more cheerful and more resilient. No wonder they say that laughter prolongs life. Normal natural laughter is good for health: it energizes, calms the nerves, relaxes the muscles and improves well-being. There are over 600 laughter groups in India where members come just to have 20 minutes of laughs.

An important element of laughter is breathing. Respiratory pumping acts as a cure for pain, clamps and other psychosomatic damage that a person inflicts on himself when offended. Through respiratory pumping, you can easily switch from laughter to crying — and back.

When we laugh, our breathing becomes deeper and longer on the inhale, and short and frequent on the exhale. At the same time, our lungs manage to empty as much as possible, which is very useful, since air exchange at this time occurs 4 times faster than usual. But that is not all. During a fit of laughter (even the most stupid one), brain work is activated, potency increases, and the immune system begins to produce the most beneficial hormones for the body and suppress negative processes (fatigue, ailments, stress), if any.

Laugh at your health!
