20 ways to tell your child you love

It goes without saying that parents are very fond of their children. But, unfortunately, not everyone knows how to show their heartfelt affection. Many believe that the child already knows that mom and dad love him, and unnecessary “drooling” is useless. To criticize, instruct, scold – this is please, we can always do that. And expressing love is a problem. In honor of World Children’s Day, healthy-food-near-me.com has collected 20 ways to show your love to your baby.

1. Arrange a fairy tale at home: build a hut out of pillows and blankets, or a house under the table, dress up in carnival costumes or just cozy pajamas. Take a flashlight and read an interesting book together – just you and your children.

2. Write your child notes with a declaration of love, wishes of success, etc. Notes can be glued to the mirror in the bathroom, put in a pocket, in a briefcase among notebooks.

3. Review the family photo album together, especially those photos in which the child is still very tiny. Tell him how he was and be sure to admire him at the moment. There he has grown! Mom’s pride!

4. Take your toddler for a walk in the park and have fun with him. Be sure to also play with your child those games that he likes.

5. Bake a cookie or cake with your child. Such joint preparations are remembered for a lifetime.

6. Let your child play pranks sometimes. Better yet, play pranks together. For example, after a summer rain, run through puddles, in autumn – over fallen leaves, and in winter, fight in snowballs.

7. Allow your child to play a little longer than usual. Let him watch a movie with you or play board games together.

8. Surprise your child – go somewhere unplanned (cinema, cafe, dolphinarium, etc.). While they are still open to visitors.

9. Prepare something unusual for your child for breakfast. Or, set the party table for his return from school. Let your child’s favorite dishes be the highlight.

10. Together with your child, make a box for his treasures and regularly replenish it with new exhibits.

11. Always greet your baby with a smile, hug him, kiss him and talk about how much you miss him.

12. Write a real letter to your child (this is so rare now) and mail it.

13. Have a fun photo shoot. Pose and photograph each other in such a way that the photos come out funny. Then viewing these photos will bring a lot of pleasure to your child. Bring a thermos with tea and cookies for a walk, arrange a small picnic.

14. Ask your little one more often what he would like the most. This will help you fulfill his childhood dream.

15. Allow your child to sleep in the parent’s bed. Sleep next to him, hugging him tightly.

16. Take the baby to the grocery store, consult with him when choosing products. Give him the choice: it’s great to know that your opinion means something.

17. Tell your child a bedtime story. Compose a fairy tale yourself, and let your baby be the main character.

18. If the child is sick, stay at home, wrap yourself in a warm blanket, watch cartoons, arrange a tea party with raspberry jam.

19. Buy something for the child (a souvenir, toy or something tasty), hide at home and play “cold – hot” (if the child is far from the goal, say “cold”, comes closer – “warmer”, very close to the treasure – say “hot!”)

20. To show your child how much you love him, you yourself need to return to childhood even for a moment, remember what you wanted. Listen to the wishes of your baby, fulfill them. Most importantly, it should be unexpected. After all, children love surprises so much!
