15 minutes a day for a perfectly flat stomach

I continue to publish articles I liked from the How to Green healthy lifestyle portal. This time, a very hot topic in the spring (especially for people like me, who have recently become a mother) is a flat stomach!

Winter is coming to an end, spring is coming soon! Hurrah! In a month, you will be able to take off a bunch of warm clothes, in which we wrapped ourselves in the cold season. It just turns out bad luck. We will take off our sweaters and coats, but what to do with the ugly folds on the belly and waist that have accumulated over the winter? We answer. It is enough to set aside only 15 minutes a day, and an excellent result will not be long in coming. Time has gone!

+ 1 minute: a glass of water in the morning

Start each morning with a glass of warm water (body temperature) that you drink on an empty stomach. It will take exactly one minute. What will it give? First, warm water in the morning “wakes up” the digestive tract and allows the intestines to easily get rid of all unnecessary. This will reduce the inflammation that causes the belly to swell. Accordingly, the waist will be smaller. Secondly, the consumption of a sufficient amount of water, and, as we remember, you need to drink 2 liters a day, stimulates the metabolism, which will help to quickly reduce the fat layer on the abdomen.

+ 3 minutes: plank

Get out of bed and do the plank on your forearms. Do the exercise for 3 minutes. Don’t hold your breath or bend your back. Press hard with your forearms on the floor, stretch in opposite directions with the crown and heels. Squeeze your glutes firmly to help control your lower back. All abdominal muscles work simultaneously in the plank. By strengthening them, we make the belly more toned and protect ourselves from lower back pain, from which no office worker is immune. Refrain from the plank if you have periods, high blood pressure, or an exacerbation of chronic gastrointestinal disease.

How do you spend the remaining 11 minutes to keep your belly flat and toned? Read in the continuation of the article at this link.
