It is advisable to speak the answers to the questions aloud in as much detail as possible, even if you are working on your own and alone. The details often hide something that is not immediately evident. It is convenient for someone to write down the course of their thoughts on paper or in a text file. By speaking or writing all this, you will be able to extract the maximum amount of useful information.

This is one of the most useful and safe ways to use metaphorical cards. Usually, so-called resource decks are taken for him, in which all plots have a positive direction, improve mood or encourage constructive actions.
