10 reasons to start exercising

And there is no reason at all to immediately move to the fitness center, and, pouring sweat and cursing smart articles, pull the pieces of iron. Agree, the choice is huge – dancing, yoga, Pilates and martial arts, running and walking or cycling. The main thing is to take the first step, and tomorrow – the second, which is usually much more difficult. The reasons for starting to move are different for everyone, but many are similar.

# 1: self-confidence. You did it! There is a reason to rejoice and love yourself. Firstly, you have overpowered all your excuses and excuses, and secondly, you do it for yourself and with care of yourself. Today you are no longer the person you were yesterday, and tomorrow you will be better than today. Any achievement instills pride and confidence.

# 2: cheerfulness and energy. Any physical activity and walks bring pleasant fatigue, but after that you are full of energy (calorizer). Many people use this when exercising in the morning. Running is as invigorating as a cup of coffee. During physical exertion, the body intensively produces endorphins – a guarantee of vigor, energy and excellent mood.

# 3: slim and fit. If you are counting calories and controlling your PJU, exercise will help you burn fat. In addition, beginners in the first months of training can simultaneously burn fat and strengthen muscle tissue. Another reason to start losing weight correctly!

# 4: Strong Immunity. Trained people tend to be less prone to colds and infections. Exercise works for your body in the long run. Immediately after training, immunity decreases, but if you exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet, then you will better absorb nutrients and gain resistance to viruses.

No. 5: digestion is normal. Regular exercise and eating habits improve body composition, metabolic processes and digestion. The longer you exercise and the leaner you get, the better your body reacts to nutrients from food. In particular, stool improves, there is lightness after eating, insulin sensitivity increases, and it becomes easier to control appetite.

No. 6: a healthy heart. In our age of depressing statistics of cardiovascular diseases, sports are an excellent cardio stimulant. According to the WHO, even 150 minutes of cardio on machines or bodyweight exercises will be an excellent prevention of heart disease.

No. 7: an even posture. Sedentary work and cars have become the cause of posture disorders. A sedentary lifestyle leads to muscle weakness, hypertonicity or atrophy of skeletal muscles, which leads to curvature of the spine and the development of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Straighten your shoulders, head up – and let’s go!

No. 8: resistance to stress. By giving your body a reasonable amount of stress, you clear your brain of negative thoughts. Exercise distracts, forces the body to release endorphins, stimulates the production of neurons that regulate anxiety, and increase your resistance to stress.

No. 9: clear head. By saturating the blood with oxygen, you give the brain an incentive to work more productively (calorizator). It’s all about the neurons that are produced by the brain in response to physical activity. The more active you are, the better your thinking.

# 10: Long, Happy Life. It’s no secret that lean and fit people who exercise feel better, have a positive attitude, and live long lives.

We have chosen only ten reasons to start training, each will add more than a dozen thoughts and reasons to the list. All of them, and most importantly – we ourselves – are worth taking the same ass off the chair!
